Everything Concrete…
The sleeping giant of concrete has always been in our lives, but for years this product has been strictly utilitarian. The recipe of Portland Cement, Sand, Gravel and water have been a staple in construction for centuries but it wasn't until recent years that we've seen a groundswell of interest in this medium. Why so?
Architects, Designers, Contractors and Artisans are always trying to push the envelope on their work. Concrete has so many interesting qualities about it, but few know how to work it well. Prominent well known Architects and Designers have used this "mud" as a integral part of design, but today this medium has now breached the walls of concrete forms and has now traveled to mainstream residential and commercial architecture and design.
With the integration of new chemistries, colorizing products and textural stamping, concrete is seen in almost every facet of construction. A product once covered by carpet, hardwood and sheetrock, is now the finished element. Exposed in it's own glory and done so artfully, that it has now been transformed from Utilitarian to an Artistic Expression.

From floor finishes, Wall applications, countertops, stains and sealers to trouble-shooting tips & tricks, we will give our viewers entertainment and value from our show.
From time to time we will highlight artisans who are leading the way in this medium and expand the horizons of our viewers to what can be done. We'll explore some of the cost effective ways these products excel above other traditional finishes, like carpet, hardwood and stone. We will touch on environmental benefits of "green" construction.
This show will take projects from start to finish, with traditional before and after viewing. Show simple, easy to follow applications, and give our viewers channels to find qualified contractors for assistance. Our website (www.davecronk.com) will work hand-in-hand with the shows, posting clips from the shows, and how-to examples, widgets, podcasts and discussion blogs for viewers who need to know. This online tool will be a terrific resource and go-to location for our industry.
